Service Description
Established/Existing Clients Only An established coaching session is part of your ongoing coaching journey. These sessions are designed to build on the foundation we've created, offering focused, goal-oriented support tailored to your evolving needs and progress. 📌What to Expect: Check-In – A brief review of recent wins, challenges, or shifts since the last session. Focused Topic or Goal – We'll dive into a specific area you've chosen to work on, whether it's decision-making, strategy, mindset, or accountability. Coaching Conversation – Through powerful questions, reflection, and tools, we’ll uncover insights and generate forward momentum. Action & Integration – We’ll identify clear, actionable steps to apply between sessions and discuss how to integrate new learning into your daily life or work. 🎯 Outcomes: Each session is designed to: Deepen your awareness and personal growth Support progress toward your defined goals Strengthen confidence and accountability Adapt your strategy as your journey evolves








Cancellation Policy
Welcome to our Wellness Center, Thank you for selecting The Inner Healing Institute Wellness Center for your health and wellness care. We appreciate and thank you for trusting us with your holistic health care needs. Our priority is to serve your unique needs and address all your specific concerns. We are an independent wellness center and are independently owned. We ask that you please familiarize yourself with the policies and procedures that will be outlined in this letter. If you have questions, please ask our staff. The following is important information you should know about: • You will be provided with forms to fill out completely prior to your consultation (online and in person). • Payment is expected to be paid at the time services are rendered. • The hourly new and existing client consultation fees will vary based on the type of services provided. • Supplements and alternative therapies are sold separately at an extra charge. • Telephone consultations are $4 per minute and emails to practitioner(s) are $20 per email. • For your convenience, we accept cash, all major credit cards, and FSA/HAS payments. • Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to cancelling an appointment to avoid being charged a cancellation fee per our cancellation policy. If the appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours, you will be charged the cost of the service that was scheduled. If an appointment is missed (No-Show), you will be charged the full amount of the missed appointment. To book in the future you will be required to pay a deposit or the full amount to confirm an appointment. We apologize, but we are unable to make exceptions. All services must be paid for as they are rendered on the date of service. Our office, at this moment, does not accept insurance, invoicing or direct billing as forms of payments for services provided at The Inner Healing Institute Wellness Center, by any practitioner or therapist within The Inner Healing Institute Wellness Center. Insurance reimbursements are paid directly to the patients/clients. By signing below, I understand that full payment is due on the date of service, and it is my obligation to pay for all services rendered regardless of insurance or third party involvement. Invoices are provided on request for reimbursement purposes ONLY. Clients and patients listed on the watlist will be offered an appointment if one becomes available based on the waitlist order. Please be patient as we work through the waitlist.
