What is the shelf life of the natural products?

The shelf life of herbal tinctures depends on what medium it uses and how they are stored. Alcohol based tinctures that are stored in a dark, cool cabinet are expected to last for an indefinitely long period of time, while glycerin based tinctures are expected to last about three (3) years in those same conditions. Tinctures may be stored in the refrigerator if desired, but it is not considered necessary, and we also recommend that tinctures be kept in their original amber-colored container to prevent light contamination. Similarly, the shelf life of essential oils also depends on how they are stored.  Proper storage, including keeping oils away from heat, light, and oxygen, can significantly extend their shelf life.  Keep essential oil blends in their original amber-colored container and keep the oils tightly sealed.

How do I check my order status? What if my order is lost or stolen?

As soon as you place your order you should receive an order confirmation email. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance. After your order is confirmed, it enters our fulfillment process at our shop and can be expected to have shipped from California via USPS within 5 to 7 business days of your order placement. After the order has shipped you will receive an email with the shipment tracking number, which will provide an estimate of when the package will arrive. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked delivered to the destination provided at checkout. Please note that the tincturing process may be longer for certain rare or specialty herbs, which may result in a longer time getting your order fulfilled if it includes those. Your order status can also be checked by logging in to our website with the same email used at checkout. If your order is taking longer than expected or you have any issues with your order do not hesitate to reach out to us. We'd love to help you!

Do you ship outside the United States?
