    Epsom Salt Bath:

    • Frequency: For best results, aim for 3 baths per week. 
    • Water Temperature: Avoid using water that's too hot, as this can dehydrate the skin. 

    Dissolve: Add 2 cups of Epsom salt to a standard-sized bathtub of warm water. Soak: Soak for at least 15 minutes, or up to 30 minutes, to maximize benefits. Rinse: Rinse off with cool water after soaking to remove any residue.
